Twenty-five years ago, Pearls With Purpose began with a simple belief:
When a woman is given skills, opportunity, and hope, she gains the power to transform her life, her family, and her community.
Since 2002, Pearls With Purpose has worked alongside women overcoming poverty, trafficking, abuse, abandonment, and unimaginable hardship.
Through entrepreneurship, vocational training, leadership development, and dignified income opportunities, lives have been changed across the globe.
Now, we are preparing for our next chapter.
And we are searching for eight extraordinary leaders to help build it.
Not donors.

People who believe their greatest success is measured not only by what they achieve, but by what they help others become.

The Founding Eight is an exclusive Global Impact Leadership Council made up of eight accomplished individuals committed to helping shape the future of Pearls With Purpose for the next 25 years.
As a Founding Member, you will have a direct role in expanding international Skills Centers, empowering women through entrepreneurship, and creating opportunities that will impact generations.

Make a tax-deductible charitable contribution of $50,000 to Pearls With Purpose Foundation, directly supporting future Skills Centers and international impact initiatives.
